SQUARS announces product launch at the AWE EU 2022

We are excited to share that SQUARS will be joining this year’s AWE EU in Lisbon as an exhibiting company. From 20-21 October, we’ll be welcoming media outlets and AR enthusiasts from all around the world at our stand (#107), where we’ll be announcing the launch (20 October) of our very first product, SQUARS – an innovative WebAR content creation platform that’s going to set new standards in terms of AR technology. AWE – What it is

AWE stands for Augmented World Expo and is an event series of conferences and exhibitions hosted in venues across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. As such, it serves as an international platform for the global Extended Reality (XR) community, and facilitates the cooperation and exchange between XR solution providers, startups, investors, developers, brands, recruiters, and many more.

According to its official website, the AWE has brought together around 5,000 companies and more than 60,000 professionals since its foundation in 2010, and has been helpful in advancing businesses in the XR ecosystem all around the world, turning XR into the multi-billion dollar industry it is today. Valued at USD 25.84 billion in 2020, the XR market is estimated to reach up to USD 398 billion by 2026, which makes it one of the fastest growing markets at present.

SQUARS to announce launch of its WebAR platform at the AWE EU 2022

We’re over the moon that after long and intensive preparation, the launch of our first product is finally here. And what better place to share this exciting news than at the AWE EU 2022, an internationally acclaimed two-day XR event taking place in Lisbon, Portugal, on 20 & 21 October!

Who we are

SQUARS is an emerging WebAR content creation platform headquartered in Vienna with the vision to empower everyone to easily create, share, and experience their own AR content with cutting-edge WebAR technology. All you need is access to a web-browser and a camera, with no prior knowledge or apps required.

With its versatile applications, SQUARS is designed to serve the needs of AR-enthusiasts, experienced developers and designers, and large businesses alike, who can use the STUDIO feature to overlay real-life images and with exciting AR events, manage AR campaigns or business projects, and collaborate with group members via text and voice chat.

During the second half of the presentation, there’ll also be a Q&A session where you’ll be able to pose questions of your own and have them answered on the spot.

We will also share interesting insights about the wide range of applications for our product, and showcase some innovative and exciting capabilities that our AR content creation platform offers.
